Dr. Simon Karmarkar

Founder/CEO

Dr. Simon Karmarkar is the CEO and Founder of www.RefundWiz.com , the first AI/ML smartphone e-filing tax return app. Dr. Karmarkar is a published author, public speaker, Gestalt therapist, and former Founder/CEO of HelpMeNow, a pioneer in tele-clinical healthcare. As founder and CEO of Anamika Recovery Center, a California state-licensed in-patient program, Dr. Karmarkar brought awareness about addiction and treatment solutions to the Indian American community and a nomination as Sony Entertainment South Asian Person of the Year. With his Doctorate in Management, Dr. Karmarkar is a contributing author through the Center for Workplace Diversity and has been an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University. Dr. Karmarkar serves on the Board for Mentra, a hiring platform for neurodiverse individuals.

Holly Guillotte, Senior Tax Analyst

Head Of Operations

Holly Guillotte is an experienced Operations Manager with over a decade of successful experience in hiring, training, auditing, and employee management. Holly specializes in Customer service relations as she has a natural drive to empower others in their success. Prior to joining RefundWiz, Holly successfully managed over 200 employees on day-to-day operations. She is educated in tax knowledge and stays up to date with all the changes the IRS publishes.

Jennifer Karmarkar

Secretary

Jennifer has been founder of NexJenMedia Services since 2021. She is an editor and content creator. Jennifer holds Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Cal State University, Fullerton where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. NextJenMedia’s clients include UCLA Health, Orange County Register, Laguna Woods Globe and Irvine Co.

Mr. Jason Pang

CRO of Betfully, Inc.

Jason Pang is a technology entrepreneur and executive with 20 years experience with venture funded companies covering FinTech, eCommerce, digital media, and consumer software from early inception to pre and post IPO. Jason has raised multiple rounds of venture capital for startup companies as CEO, Co-Founder, and Advisor. He presently serves as the CRO of BetFully, Inc. a highly rated sports data and rewards platform for the sports betting industry.
Jason started his career as a Technology Manager in Accenture’s consulting practice designing and building enterprise software, hardware, and network solutions for global 1,000 firms. At DivX, Inc., Jason helped create one of the world’s most popular video formats and was responsible for over half of corporate revenue, licensed IP to over 300M devices, and helped IPO the company on NASDAQ. He led licensing of video technology, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and served in M&A to acquire new technology firms. Jason was CEO and founder of PRIMA Cinema, the world’s first digital delivery of Hollywood theatrical films directly to consumer homes with investment by Universal Pictures, IMAX Corporation, and Best Buy Capital. Jason was CEO of SparkFin, the first company to widely spearhead fractional stock trading and later acquired by StockTwits. He also worked in eCommerce CPG brands like Manscaped and WHIFF.
Jason is an Advisor for several tech companies, Mentor at UCSD Rady School of Management, California Institute for Innovation and Development, Mentor at the Founder Institute, and a Board of Trustee Member for The Grauer School in Encinitas, CA. He holds a BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Hayden Boles

Vice President, Hyde Park Capital

Mr. Hayden Boles is currently serving as a Vice President for Hyde Park Capital, a leading boutique investment bank headquartered in Tampa, FL. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Hayden takes pride in maximizing deal value, terms, structure and fit for his clients. He is licensed by FINRA and holds the Series 79 certification.
Mr. Hayden Boles is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to his current role at Hyde Park Capital, Hayden served as a Senior Associate for Dixon Hughes Goodman in their Private Equity Services practice group. Advising clients going through transactions, performing purchase price accounting, and conducting detailed financial statement audits, he further developed his interest in M&A. Hayden served in the Winston-Salem, NC office prior to relocating to Tampa, FL as the firm expanded their Private Equity Services group to the region.
Hayden is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University’s Peacock School of Business where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2015 before returning to obtain his Master of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2016. Go App State!

Greg Moser is an E-Commerce professional with over 20 years of experience in Online Marketing, Operations, Software & Fulfillment for E-Commerce businesses along with more traditional brands & retailers in aiding their transition online. In his role as President & CTO of ShipCalm an E-Commerce Fulfillment company and 3PL, he oversees all activities of ShipCalm’s leadership team and works with hundreds of small and midsize business owners to help them optimize their operations and scale.
